Fightingback offers:

- FOIRequest: Make Freedom of Information requests
- Decoded: Scan and understand legal documents

Each tool generates template letters and guidance based on relevant UK legislation, which you can customize and send.
3. Free Tier
The free tier includes:
- 5 tools with 3 free uses each
- Unlimited use of Decoded (letter scanner)
- Requires email registration
After using your 3 free uses on a tool, you can either subscribe for unlimited access or pay for individual letters.
4. Paid Subscription
Fightingback Premium membership offers unlimited access to all tools:
- Monthly: GBP 4.99 per month
- Annual: GBP 39.99 per year (save 33% compared to monthly)
- Pay-per-letter: GBP 2.99 for a single letter without subscribing
Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
6. Accuracy and Outcomes
While we strive to provide accurate information and well-written letters:

- User content: You own your case data. We do not claim ownership of documents you upload.
9. Limitation of Liability
