Report to Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk. You'll get a crime reference which you can use with your bank to claim a refund.

Will my bank refund me if I was scammed?

Banks should reimburse unless you were extremely careless. Report to Action Fraud first, then demand a refund from your bank in writing.

How long does a fraud investigation take?

Banks have 35 days to acknowledge and investigate. Action Fraud feeds reports to the NFIB for serious fraud investigation.
