How long do I have to challenge a DWP decision?
One month from the decision letter for a mandatory reconsideration. If the MR upholds the decision, you have one month from the MR notice to appeal to the First-tier Tribunal.
What's my chance of winning at tribunal?
For PIP, about two thirds of appeals that reach a hearing succeed. Preparation is everything - the tribunal decides on the evidence in front of it, so your written statement matters.
